Key Responsibilities:
Record customer purchase orders accurately and process all purchases
Call existing and potential customers to promote products and services
Generate promising leads for the outside sales team
Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Use company-provided sales scripts to handle customer objections and drive sales
Develop product knowledge to recommend suitable products based on customer needs
Consistently achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
