Senior Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller

Location: A-100 Sector 4 Noida ( Nearest Metro Station 16 )

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to connect with potential donors, supporters, and volunteers. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining our NGO’s mission and projects, and encouraging people to support our initiatives through donations or participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors, supporters, and partners.

• Explain the NGO’s mission, projects, and impact clearly.

• Encourage people to donate, sponsor programs, or volunteer.

• Maintain a database of calls, donor responses, and follow-ups.

• Handle inbound inquiries about the organization and its activities.

• Build and maintain good relationships with donors and supporters.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets set by the organization.

• Coordinate with the fundraising and program teams when required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Confident speaking over phone.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Positive attitude and passion for social causes.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass

• Experience in telecalling, fundraising, or customer support is a plus but not mandatory

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
