Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue loan or credit card payments.Inform customers about outstanding amounts, due dates, and penalties.Negotiate payment plans and encourage timely payment or settlement.Follow up regularly on promised payments (PTP).Update customer interaction details and payment status in the system.Escalate non-responsive or critical cases to senior collection officers.Coordinate with field collection and legal teams when required.Ensure ethical recovery practices and follow RBI and bank recovery norms.Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.
