🚨 HIRING: ESCALATION DESK EXECUTIVE 🚨

📍 Location: Silk Board, Bengaluru

💼 Department: Customer Support / Escalation Desk

💰 SALARY DETAILS

- CTC: Up to ₹39,000 per month

- Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month

- Salary depends on experience and company norms.

🕒 WORK SCHEDULE

- 6 Days Working

- 1 Rotational Week Off

- Rotational Shifts (9-hour shift window)

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer escalations and resolve complex queries.

- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality and performance targets.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS & ELIGIBILITY

- Prior experience in an Escalation Desk or escalation management role is mandatory.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Knowledge of Versant 6 is required.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.

- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

- Comfortable working rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
