Job Description Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Senior level support representative performing tasks of a moderate level of difficulty that require independent judgement. Demonstrates a substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to resolve or recommend solutions for a wide range of tasks or issues. Requires limited supervision and only general instructions on new tasks. Minimally requires a high school degree and 2 years of related experience.
