Job Description

Job Summary

Uniworld Outsourcing LLP is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills, along with proven experience in lead generation and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Understand client requirements and present tailored outsourcing and BPO solutions.

  • Conduct sales presentations, virtual meetings, and client negotiations.

  • Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.

  • Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Mentor and support junior Business Development Executives when required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.

  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work in the Night Shift.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.

  • Experience in the BPO/Outsourcing/IT Services industry will be preferred.
