We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Semi-Voice Process at FamPay. Candidates will handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails, provide accurate solutions, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. 🌟

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle customer queries through incoming calls, chats, and emails.
✅ Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
✅ Resolve customer complaints professionally.
✅ Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
✅ Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
✅ Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

🔹 Prior experience in customer support or a semi-voice process is preferred.
🔹 Freshers may apply, subject to company requirements.
🔹 Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
🔹 Good listening, writing, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
🔹 Customer-friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month for experienced candidates.
🎯 Attractive performance-based incentives.
📈 Salary depends on experience and interview performance.

🕒 Work Details

⏰ Shift Timings: Day shift for female candidates; rotational shifts for male candidates.
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week.
🗓️ Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off.
🚕 Cab Facility: Not provided.
🏢 Work Mode: Work from office.
📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
