🔹 Role Summary:

Help onboard sellers onto key e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Spocket & Walmart, guiding them through account setup, documentation and product launch to ensure smooth activation and seller success.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Guide new sellers through registration and account activation on each platform.

• Collect and verify seller documents and info.

• Assist with product listing setup and platform compliance.

• Provide basic training on dashboards and tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues.

• Maintain seller data and follow‑ups.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications:

• Clear communication & customer service skills.

• Basic computer literacy & comfort with marketplace portals.

• Quick learner and detail‑oriented.

• Prior experience with e‑commerce onboarding plus.
