Sales Telecaller

Roles and Responsibility:

·       Calling customers to sell the products by giving them brief of product prices , features and benefits and understanding their requirements etc.

·        Handling the customers database accurately.

·       Understanding the customer’s grievance .

·       Attracting customer by demonstrating about merchandise and services.

·       Going “out of the box” to achieve future sales targets.

Requirements and Skills:

·       Proven experience in sales or customer services roles.

·       Proficient in achieving the sales target preferably via phone calls.

·       Excellent communication in English and Presentation skills

·       Relevant knowledge of computers and telephones.

·       Qualities like negotiations and acceptance of rejections.
