Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our loan services, and converting leads into successful sales. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

Explain loan products (Loan Against Used Car, etc.) clearly and confidently

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Maintain follow-ups with interested customers

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum HSC / Graduate (Any stream)

6 months –2 years experience in telecalling / sales

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English required)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills
