Job Purpose:
The Telesales / Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to potential customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. The role involves maintaining excellent customer relations, database management, and achieving assigned sales/telecalling targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.
2. Sales Conversion
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
Follow up with leads to close sales or schedule meetings for field sales executives.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain accurate customer database and call records in CRM/Excel.
Handle objections professionally and resolve basic customer queries.
Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
4. Coordination
Work closely with field sales executives for appointment setting and follow-ups.
Share daily call reports, lead status, and sales updates with the manager.
5. Market Feedback
Gather customer feedback and share with management.
Identify trends, competitors’ offerings, and customer needs.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language as required).
Good persuasion and negotiation ability.
Telephone etiquette and polite behavior.
Computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email handling).
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
1–3 years of telesales / telemarketing / call center experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.

Number of calls made per day.

Appointments set for sales team.
Conversion rate from lead to sale.

Salary & Benefits (Indicative)
Salary Range:
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience & industry).
Incentives/Commissions: Based on sales targets achieved.
