Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller – Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Noida. The role involves engaging with customers, generating leads, and contributing to sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products.
Generate leads and follow up with interested clients for order closures.
Maintain call logs, customer details, and lead reports.
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive (preferably in Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
