This role is purely performance-focused—ideal for candidates who love closing deals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up on incoming leads & database

Explain our interior products (wallpapers, panels, flooring, etc.)

Convince prospects to visit showroom / book consultation

Maintain daily follow-ups and pipeline

Achieve weekly & monthly targets

Coordinate with sales/design team for closures

Strong communication & convincing skills

Confident, persuasive & target-driven mindset

Experience in telecalling / sales preferred

Ability to handle objections and close conversations

Fluency in Hindi / Bengali / English
