Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team at Yashvi Export PVT LTD in MHARR SHOP . The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Manage stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards

• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for billing and payments

• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally

• Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and brand guidelines

• Coordinate with the inventory and back-end teams for stock updates

• Support marketing and promotional activities within the mall

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail or sales (preferably in a shopping mall or similar environment)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced retail environment

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge

• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Passion for customer service and retail sales

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach

• Multilingual skills (if relevant to the customer base)
