Sales Representative

Job Title: Sales Telecaller (Medical / Ayurveda)

Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic and confident Sales Telecallers to join our healthcare team. The selected candidates will connect with potential patients, explain our Ayurvedic products and services, and help drive sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Call leads and provide detailed information about Ayurvedic treatments and products.

Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales.

Follow up with patients/customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.

Maintain accurate call records in CRM and report daily activities.

Support the healthcare team in patient engagement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Degree (any discipline) – Mandatory

Language Skills:

Punjabi – Fluent (mandatory)

Hindi – Fluent (preferred)

Prior telecalling or sales experience in healthcare/medical sector is preferred.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Confident, energetic, and target-driven.

Working Details:

Shift: Rotational

Working Days: 6 days per week

Week Offs: 4 rotational offs per month

Salary Package:

₹16,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month (based on experience)

Performance incentives based on sales targets
