Sales Representative

We are looking for a Massage Chair Operator to assist customers in using massage chairs at our outlet. The operator will be responsible for customer service, chair maintenance, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹23000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and explain massage chair features.

• Guide customers on how to use the chair safely.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of chairs and surrounding area.

• Handle customer queries and feedback politely.

• Manage Cash Handling.

• Monitor chair functioning and report maintenance issues.

• Ensure chairs are ready for the next customer.
  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
