•This job is based in Africa - Angola, Guinea, Burkina Faso or Mali. Candidate should be ready to work from office in any of the above mentioned countries in African Continent. Hence application are invited only from those who are interested to travel and settle in these countries.
Business Development Executive – Africa Market | Travel & Tourism
Responsible for developing travel business opportunities across African markets by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into confirmed business. Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other business channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, existing customers, and business partners. Communicate effectively in French and English, understand client requirements, and provide suitable travel solutions, quotations, proposals, and itineraries.
Promote the company’s travel services, including hotel bookings, flight tickets, car rentals, visa assistance, holiday packages, and corporate travel services. Follow up consistently on enquiries, quotations, and proposals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new clients, markets, and business opportunities while monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of confirmed services.
Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, client communications, quotations, and conversions. Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management. Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
