Customer Support Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Role Description The marketing & Sales Manager role at Dreaminfinity is a full-time, on-site position based in chennai. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new gated societies, managing key accounts, and nurturing long-term relationships with decision-makers such as Resident Welfare Associations and management committees. Day-to-day activities include leading and mentoring a local sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The Marketing & Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure high-quality onboarding, customer satisfaction, and retention. This role also involves monitoring market trends, competition, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and contribute to regional business expansion.
Qualifications

• Strong experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, prop-tech, or community management solutions.

• Proven ability in territory management, business development, and account management for regional markets.

• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship building with senior decision-makers.

• Experience leading and coaching sales teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

• Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting dashboards, and basic data analysis to drive performance.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on execution and follow-through.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.

• Prior experience working with gated communities, real estate developers, or facility management firms is highly beneficial.
