Job Role

We are hiring a Sales Executive / Telecaller who can communicate with customers, generate sales, handle follow-ups, and build strong customer relationships through calls and WhatsApp communication.

Key Responsibilities

Call clients and take regular follow-ups
Explain products and services to customers
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Convert leads into customers
Maintain customer database and records
Coordinate with clients through calls and WhatsApp
Handle customer queries professionally
Share regular sales updates and reports

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills
Hindi speaking is mandatory
Basic English communication is a plus
Sales or telecalling experience preferred
Target-oriented and confident personality
Basic knowledge of phone handling and WhatsApp

Working Details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
