What You'll Be Doing

✔ Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients and families.

✔ Understand client expectations and recommend suitable membership plans.

✔ Convert qualified leads into paid memberships through effective relationship management.

✔ Follow up consistently and manage the complete sales lifecycle.

✔ Build trust with clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

✔ Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.

✔ Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

We're Looking For Someone Who

✅ Has 2–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or Client Acquisition.

✅ Is confident, persuasive, and excellent at building relationships.

✅ Can effectively handle objections and close sales.

✅ Has strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

✅ Is target-oriented and motivated by incentives.

✅ Can professionally engage with working professionals, entrepreneurs, business families, and premium clientele.
