Position-Sales Head/Sales Manager

🚀 Sales Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute sales plans and target achievement strategies for both brands.

• Identify new business opportunities, target sectors, and customer segments.

• Drive sales campaigns across regions, focusing on corporates, designers, printers, and educational institutions.

  🚀 Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

• Research and generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn networking, exhibitions, and referrals.

• Convert leads into long-term clients, building relationships with purchase managers, school administrators, corporate buyers, and institutional heads.

🚀 Account Management & Relationship Building:

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

• Conduct regular follow-ups, understand client needs, and suggest relevant product solutions.

🚀 Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with marketing, purchase, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular feedback to product teams based on market and customer insights.

🚀 Target Achievement & Reporting:

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for both brands.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to management.
