We are seeking a results-driven CRM Team Lead to manage customer relationship activities and oversee operations across 10–12 depots in India. The role will focus on driving customer engagement, ensuring smooth depot functioning, timely payment follow-ups, and improving service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Depot Management
Lead and mentor a team of CRM executives and depot staff (accounts, dispatch, labour, drivers).
Monitor attendance, performance, and operational discipline across depots.
Drive strategies to improve depot efficiency, cost control, and service delivery.
Customer Relationship & Payments
Strengthen dealer relationships through timely communication and follow-ups.
Oversee dealer payment collections and resolve related concerns.
Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Data & Performance Tracking
Track depot performance, dealer engagement, and payment status.
Analyze reports to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Provide regular updates and dashboards to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of CRM/operations experience, with at least 2 yrs in a leadership role.
Strong people management and analytical skills.
Experience in multi-location operations and dealer/customer handling.
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
