About the Role:

We are looking for energetic freelancers who can help us hire Business Partners/Agents for our real estate projects. Your role is to source candidates, explain the business model, and onboard them.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential Business Partners/Agents through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Contact and explain the real estate business plan clearly

• Share project details and benefits with interested candidates

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with the company

• Maintain proper records of leads and conversions

• Support Business Partners during onboarding

• Work closely with the HR/Recruitment team

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills

• Basic recruitment or calling experience (preferred)

• Ability to convince and explain business models

• Self-motivated and target-focused

• Mobile phone & internet required
