We’re looking for a proactive and street-smart Field Sales Executive who can meet jersey manufacturers, printing units, and sportswear businesses, demonstrate Teedex software, and convert them into long-term customers.
This is a ground-level role where execution matters more than theory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Demo & Sales
Visit potential clients (jersey manufacturers, sportswear factories, print shops)
Give live demos of Teedex software
Explain how Teedex saves time and reduces manual work (naming, numbering, design flow)
Convert leads into paid customers
2. Lead Generation
Identify and approach new businesses in the sportswear & printing industry
Build your own pipeline through field visits, referrals, and networking
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Be the go-to person for any queries or support
Regular follow-ups to ensure product usage and satisfaction
4. After-Sales Support
Help customers onboard and start using Teedex smoothly
Coordinate with internal team for any technical issues
Ensure client retention and repeat usage
5. Feedback & Market Insights
Collect feedback from customers to improve the product
Share market trends, competitor insights, and customer pain points
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in field sales (SaaS or printing/garment industry is a plus)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field travel across Mumbai
Basic understanding of software tools (training will be provided)
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
