JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive sales of steel products such as (Steels tubes, pipes, bars, flanges), manage key customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the steel manufacturing industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
Conduct market research and adjust pricing strategies.
Lead and train the sales team to achieve goals.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams for seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree .
3+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in steel manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of steel products and market trends.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
