We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning sales strategies, managing the sales process, and achieving company targets across projects and services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
Generate new business opportunities through clients, brokers, and channels
Manage sales for retail, commercial, leasing, or project-based offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and investors
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Coordinate with marketing, project, and management teams
Handle negotiations, pricing, and deal closures
Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of sales planning, CRM, and reporting tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in real estate, leasing, or project sales (preferred)
3–7 years of experience in sales
Minimum 1–3 years in a managerial or leadership role
