We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Transactwell Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving merchant onboarding, promoting our fintech products/services, and building strong B2B relationships in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Acquisition: Pitch, negotiate, and onboard retail merchants, shop owners, and small businesses to use Transactwell’s fintech platform/QR codes/POS devices.
Field Visits: Conduct daily market visits to identify new business opportunities and meet monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries and ensuring active usage of our services.
Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities and provide regular feedback from the field to the management team.
Compliance: Complete verification processes and ensure proper documentation for merchant onboarding.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation is a plus).
Experience: 1 - 4 years of proven experience in field sales (experience in fintech, QR onboarding, or telecom is highly preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, convincing skills, and a high level of energy.
Must-Haves: Android smartphone, a valid driving license, and a two-wheeler for daily field travel.
Work Schedule: 6 days working week | Day shift.
