International Business Development Sales (commission Based)

About the Company :

TradeInfra Networks LLP, based in Telangana, India, is a B2B International Trade Facilitation Service Provider connecting International Buyers with Indian Suppliers.

The Company supports businesses throughout the international trade lifecycle, including business connections, verification, negotiations, digital tri-partite agreements, export services, shipment coordination, after-sales support and related business services.

The Company primarily serves 10 product sectors from India across 25 international countries.

Role :

As an International Business Development Executive, you will represent TradeInfra, identify business opportunities and promote its services across international markets and Indian supplier networks. You will be responsible for developing professional business relationships and supporting opportunities from initial contact through the relevant stages of the business process.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential International Buyers and Indian Suppliers.

Research and extract business contact information, including email addresses, websites and LinkedIn profiles, and verify available business details.

Introduce and explain TradeInfra's services through Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone calls and other approved communication channels.

Assist International Buyers and Indian Suppliers with joining the Company's Free Lifetime Membership.

Build and maintain professional business relationships through regular follow-ups and timely communication.

Support business discussions, negotiations, digital tri-partite agreements, order execution, shipment coordination, after-sales support and repeat business opportunities, wherever assigned.

Maintain accurate CRM records, Google Sheets and other Company-approved operational records.

Submit required daily and weekly reports and provide updates to the COO/CEO.

Escalate genuine Buyer requirements, high-value opportunities, client concerns, payment-related issues and other matters requiring management attention.

Represent the Company professionally, maintain confidentiality and follow Company policies, SOPs and operational guidelines.

Compensation ;

This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary or guaranteed monthly income.

For each successful transaction generated, introduced or actively managed by the Executive: Basic Commission: 10% + Performance Incentive: 2%–8% = Total possible commission up to 18% of the Company's Realized Net Profit from that transaction.

For repeat transactions from the Executive's assigned portfolio, the total commission may be up to 15%, subject to Company approval and applicable commission policies.

Working Arrangement:

Monday to Saturday

2. Contract Duration: 3 to 6 Months

3. Minimum 4 hours of mandatory active availability on every working day.

4. The Executive must remain active and reasonably available on every working day for assigned responsibilities and client requirements.

Experienced candidates are preferred. Minimum Age: 18+
