Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome and approach walk-in clients politely

• Explain salon services, packages, and ongoing offers

• Recommend suitable hair and skin treatments to clients

• Convince clients to upgrade services (facial, hair spa, packages, etc.)

• Promote memberships and combo packages

• Follow up with old clients through calls or WhatsApp

• Handle client inquiries and bookings

• Support social media promotions and share offers with clients

• Maintain good relationships with regular customers

• Collect client feedback after services

• Help increase daily walk-ins and sales for the salon

Skills Required

• Good communication skills

• Strong convincing and sales ability

• Friendly and presentable personality

• Basic knowledge of salon services
