Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in clients at the showroom or site and understand their interior design needs.

• Generate leads through networking, follow-up calls, and digital platforms.

• Explain product details, design options, materials, and pricing to customers.

• Coordinate with the design and execution team to prepare proposals and quotations.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.

• Maintain good relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ offerings.

• Conduct site visits, as required, to understand space and client requirements.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Customer-oriented approach

• Knowledge of interior products, finishes, and design terminology (preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or basic design software is a plus

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream (Interior Design background preferred but not mandatory)

• Prior experience in sales (interiors, modular kitchen, home décor, etc.) is a plus
