Role Overview

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers through various channels (calls, emails, chat, in-person) to resolve queries, process requests, and ensure a positive experience. This role demands good communication, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to support customers.

• Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and refunds.

• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to seniors when required.

• Record and update customer interactions in CRM/ERP systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, or technical support for query resolution.

• Ensure timely resolution of issues within defined SLAs and TAT.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline).

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, BPO, call center, e-commerce, or retail (freshers welcome).

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English & Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.

• Strong listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.

• Computer literacy with MS Office, CRM tools, or ticketing software knowledge.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and team player.
