Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling agricultural equipment and machinery, managing regional sales operations, and driving business growth across Maharashtra. The role requires strong field presence, dealer development capability, and deep understanding of the agricultural equipment market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of agricultural implements, tractor attachments, and farm machinery in the assigned region
Develop and expand dealer and distributor network across Maharashtra
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct regular field visits to dealers, retailers, and end customers
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Promote products and strengthen brand presence in the market
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers
Identify new market opportunities and potential territories for expansion
Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback
Coordinate with head office for order processing, dispatch, and support

Dealer network expansion and activation

Customer and dealer relationship management

Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement (%)
Number of new dealers appointed and activated

Field visit frequency and territory coverage
Conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed orders
Required Skills
Mandatory experience in selling agricultural equipment and machinery
Strong understanding of agricultural implements and tractor attachments market
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Good communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Strong dealer handling and relationship management skills
Education
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution
Working Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Compensation & Benefits
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (CTC)
