Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Immigration Sales Executive to guide clients through immigration and visa services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling clients, explaining immigration programs, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective clients through calls, emails, and walk-ins.

• Counsel clients regarding immigration, work permits, permanent residency, student visas, and visit visas.

• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the process.

• Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams for smooth case handling.

• Stay updated on immigration policies and program changes.

• Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in immigration, visa consultancy, overseas education, or sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
