Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, calls, emails, and networking
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, hotels, and event organizers
Promote company cab services including airport transfers, corporate travel, and long-term contracts
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, contracts, and sales reports
Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Graduate or Diploma (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales (transport, travel, logistics preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet targets and work independently
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, or sales reporting
Willingness to travel for field sales
