Role Overview – Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate (Non-IT) freshers to join our Sales team in Gurgaon as Sales Executive Apprentices. The role involves assisting in promoting travel products, handling customer queries, supporting sales activities, and helping the team achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in promoting travel packages and services

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information

• Support lead generation and follow-ups with potential customers

• Coordinate with operations teams for booking and service delivery

• Maintain customer records and sales reports

• Ensure a good customer experience throughout the sales process

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (Non-IT) – Any stream

• Pass-out year: 2021 to 2025 only

• Freshers can apply

• Good spoken and written English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Stipend & Benefits

• Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 per month

• On-the-job training in travel sales

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
