We are hiring motivated and responsible ZED Facilitators to support MSMEs (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) in adopting the Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) Certification scheme under the Quality Council of India (QCI).
The facilitator will assist enterprises in the registration, documentation, and assessment process to help them achieve ZED certification.
Identify and connect with MSMEs eligible for the ZED Certification.
Guide businesses through the registration and application process on the ZED portal.
Assist in documentation, data collection, and compliance reporting.
Coordinate with QCI and other authorities for smooth facilitation.
Conduct awareness and training sessions for MSMEs on ZED scheme benefits.
Maintain daily reporting and updates on assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Engineering, Management, or relevant field preferred).
Basic understanding of MSME, quality management, or government schemes.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Laptop & internet connectivity required.
Prior experience in consulting or facilitation (preferred but not mandatory).
