About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients for our recruitment and staffing services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying companies with hiring needs (IT & Non-IT roles), building relationships, and closing staffing agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach companies (startups, SMEs, corporates) for hiring requirements
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
Understand client hiring needs (IT & Non-IT roles) and pitch our recruitment solutions
Fix meetings and present company services professionally
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals with proper agreements
Coordinate with internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Track and update sales pipeline, leads, and conversions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in field sales and client interaction
Basic understanding of recruitment/staffing industry (preferred but not mandatory)
Negotiation and closing skills
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage)
Freshers with sales passion are welcome
