• Responsible for your own region sales target as mentioned in offer letter
• Visiting client’s location and Understanding their requirements in Cutting tools for their specified application or for specified Machining Operation.
• Focusing in expanding business by identifying the application where the competitor’s products are running.
• Recommendation and Proving the Cutting Tools as per the Applications.
• Continual improvement by upgrading our own products with our Newly Developed Products to ensure prolong Business and to be very competitive to our competitors.
• Maintaining a very good relationship with the Customers.
• Preparation of quotations & responding to E-mail enquiries
• Achieve growth and hit the sales target by successfully managing the sales
• Working on a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Providing an excellent technical support always to the customer which helps to hold the business.
• Creating a long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their real needs.
• Creating new channel partners to strengthen our business and work together to achieve the set goal.
• Providing a technical & Commercial support to the team when needed to achieve the sales plan.
• Proficient in liaising with suppliers for rate contracts and managing day-to-day activities to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery & quality norms
