Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling residential/commercial properties, generating leads, handling client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

  • Conduct property site visits and project presentations

  • Explain pricing, payment plans, offers, and legal documentation clearly to clients

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively

  • Maintain client database and follow-up regularly

  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation and closure

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project developments

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Customer-centric approach with good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

  • Knowledge of real estate sales process and documentation (preferred)

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

  • Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours

  • Two-wheeler and Laptop preferred.
