Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling residential/commercial properties, generating leads, handling client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property site visits and project presentations
Explain pricing, payment plans, offers, and legal documentation clearly to clients
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
Maintain client database and follow-up regularly
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation and closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project developments
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-centric approach with good interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Knowledge of real estate sales process and documentation (preferred)
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours
Two-wheeler and Laptop preferred.
