Key Responsibilities
Work on interested leads provided by the company (No cold calling)
Make inbound and outbound calls to customers
Understand customer insurance requirements and recommend suitable products
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure end-to-end sales closure
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Provide excellent customer experience during and after the sales process
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
Required Skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with customers
Comfortable conversing in English, and the regional language of the location
Strong interest in sales with a positive, result-oriented attitude
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
