🧠 Experience Required

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing in to Lighting background
Preference will be given to candidates from Lighting / Industrial sectors

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and generate New business opportunities in assigned territories
Build and maintain strong relationships with Retailers, dealers, Distributors, Builders, Architectures, consultants, and end customers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution
Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team

Desired Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven track record in B2B / B2C / Industrial sales
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer management
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
