Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage inside sales activities from the office. This role involves interacting with customers, preparing quotations, coordinating with the internal team, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries (phone, email).

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable lighting products.

• Prepare and send quotations and follow-up emails.

• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely order processing.

• Maintain sales records, customer databases, Handling Customers, and update CRM/Excel reports.

• Assist senior sales team members in handling key accounts.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi).

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Ability to understand product categories (training will be provided).

• Strong follow-up ability, attention to detail.

• Should be confident, and proactive.

Qualification

·         Bachelor’s degree in B. Com / MBA / BBA /Any Graduate.

·         Freshers are welcome to apply.
