Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showing flats to clients in Umroli and closing property sales efficiently. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients and show them flats in and around Umroli

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options

• Handle client queries and provide end-to-end sales support

• Negotiate and close deals with clients

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and site visits

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in real estate or sales

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and site visits

• Basic understanding of real estate sales and property documentation

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
