Specific Accountability & KRA:
1. Set ambitious sales budgets and work hard to exceed them
2. Make effective presentations to architects and developers/builders to generate leads by scanning and increase brand awareness
3. Create leads through planned scanning, sales calls and prospecting of all leads generated
4. Understand customer needs and submit techno- commercial offers, make product presentations and hold product demonstrations, if required
5. Negotiate with customers for closure of orders
6. Work closely with internal support and service team to ensure that customer experiences high level of service
7. Provide feedback on market developments, competition, new products and trends
8. Provide monthly sales call plan, forecasts & operating reports
9. Collect receivables & liabilities timely
10. Initiate market development activities to enhance reach
