Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of 6000-8000 pm and prospects of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sales strategy and leadership: Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

• Client and partner management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other travel partners. Negotiate contracts and deals for services like flights, hotels, and tours.

• Market analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

• Sales operations: Oversee sales activities such as sales calls, trade shows, and client entertainment. Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.

• Customer service: Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and handle any complaints or issues that arise
