Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Patient Relationship Executive to manage patient inquiries, conduct consultations, convert leads into enrollments, and maintain long-term patient relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and customer service skills with a passion for healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone, website, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
Understand patient health concerns and explain suitable treatment programs.
Convert qualified leads into enrolled patients through professional consultation.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build trust and maintain excellent patient relationships.
Coordinate appointments with doctors and dietitians.
Follow up with new leads, existing patients, and inactive patients.
Maintain accurate lead, consultation, and patient records in the CRM.
Address patient queries regarding treatment plans, pricing, and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Generate referrals and encourage patient testimonials.
Participate in promotional campaigns, health camps, and awareness activities.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Management preferred).
1–6 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, hospitality, or service sales.
Experience in clinic, hospital, or wellness center sales will be preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Patient counseling and relationship management.
CRM and basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
