Customer Support Sales Executive

1. Customer Handling

   • Greet and attend customers professionally and courteously.

   • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cakes, chocolates, pastries and other products.

   • Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback effectively.

2. Counter Sales & Billing

   • Process customer orders accurately.

   • Prepare bills/invoices through the POS/ERP system.

   • Collect cash, card, UPI and other approved payments.

   • Ensure proper cash handling and daily counter reconciliation.

3. Product Knowledge

   • Maintain complete knowledge of products, prices, sizes, flavours, ingredients and availability.

   • Clearly explain product specifications, offers and applicable discounts to customers.

4. Order Management

   • Take advance, customized and pre-booked orders accurately.

   • Confirm delivery/pick-up time, customer details and special requirements.

   • Coordinate with the production team for timely order preparation.

5. Display & Store Maintenance

   • Ensure products are properly displayed, labelled and presented.

   • Check product availability, freshness, packaging and visual presentation.

   • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales counter and customer area.

6. Stock Coordination

   • Monitor counter stock and report shortages, damages or slow-moving products.

   • Coordinate with Store/Production teams for timely replenishment.

   • Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

7. Sales & Target Achievement

   • Actively promote products, combos, seasonal items and new launches.

   • Work towards daily/monthly sales targets.

   • Encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

8. Delivery & Dispatch Coordination

   • Verify customer orders before handing over products for delivery/pick-up.

   • Cross-check quantity, product, bill and packaging.

   • Coordinate with delivery personnel where required.

9. Records & Reporting

   • Maintain accurate sales, cash, order and customer records.

   • Report discrepancies immediately to the Store/Branch Manager.

   • Submit daily sales and counter closing reports as instructed.

10. Company Discipline & SOP Compliance

• Follow all company SOPs relating to sales, billing, cash handling, hygiene and customer service.

• Maintain punctuality, grooming, uniform and professional behaviour.

• Do not make unauthorized discounts, refunds, replacements or commitments to customers.

• Protect company property, customer information and confidential business information.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
