Job Description:

We are hiring Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team based in Sector 62, Gurgaon. As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, promote our products/services, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company

• Explain product or service features clearly and persuasively

• Handle customer objections and queries effectively

• Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

• Follow-up on interested leads and nurture them to closure

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

• Experience: 6 Months to 2 years (Freshers with good communication are welcome)

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence and ability to handle rejections positively

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)

  • Fluency in Hindi (English is a plus)
