Sales Executive

• Tender Management:

  • Coordinate the entire tender process, from identifying tender opportunities to submission.

  • Review and analyze tender documents to ensure compliance with all requirements.

  • Prepare and submit tenders in a timely manner, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.

  • Assist in the preparation of pricing models and cost estimates for tender submissions.

• Bid Preparation:

  • Collaborate with various departments (such as legal, finance, technical, and operations) to collect and consolidate the required information for the tender submissions.

  • Draft and format tender documents, ensuring alignment with company policies and client specifications.

  • Develop compelling and persuasive proposals that address the client’s requirements and showcase the company's strengths.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to support the tender process.

  • Address any queries from clients or stakeholders related to tenders.

  • Follow up on submitted tenders and provide any necessary clarifications or updates.

• Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new tendering opportunities and market trends.

  • Monitor relevant websites and platforms for tender notifications and updates.

• Document Management:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all tenders, including submission deadlines and results.

  • Ensure all tender documents are stored according to company guidelines and are easily accessible.

• Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements in the tender process.

  • Identify and manage potential risks associated with tenders, offering solutions as required.
