Customer Support Sales Executive

Education Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year or more experience in Sales & Marketing

• Experience in industrial sales, machinery sales, or B2B sales will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through market visits, customer references, and business development activities

• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities

• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and competitor activities

• Manage customer relationships and handle sales inquiries

• Conduct product presentations and explain solutions to customers

• Negotiate with clients regarding pricing, terms, and conditions

• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders

• Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and execution

• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction after order confirmation

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Strong market understanding and customer handling ability

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market development

• Basic knowledge of sales processes and business development
